I thought it would be helpful if I also told you some of the blends that I make on my own simply by dropping different oils into my diffusers’ reservoir and how the blends are beneficial.
For deep sleep:
*I take my sleep very seriously so these two combinations have more oils in them than the others, but any of the oils listed in this section can be diffused together to help you sleep, as long as you like the way they smell together!
