Happy 2022!! I hope these first 2 months have been good to you. We are officially in our wedding year so wedding festivities + planning are in full swing. I can’t wait to share everyday magic with you all throughout this year. If these first two months are any indication then there will be a lot of magic to share. 🥰
Everyday magic is a monthly list of things that have been bringing me joy during the month. The list will be an eclectic combination of the exciting and the ordinary, the obviously newsworthy and the mundane. It will contain anything from events to books to products.
Our engagement party. To kick off our wedding year, my parents threw us the sweetest engagement party. It was a fairly intimate affair with just our closest friends and family in Charlotte. It was so much fun to get to celebrate with everyone. We were overwhelmed by the love and are so grateful every day to have this beautiful circle of family and friends that feel like family.
Greens + reds powder. I decided a few weeks ago that Andrew and I needed more micronutrients in our life. I ordered this greens & reds powder from 1Up Nutrition and we have really been loving it. I have it every morning before breakfast. I feel like it’s helped a ton with my digestion & bloat.
A lot of wedding planning. We sent out of Save the Dates this month! We also booked our florist FINALLY!!
Bridesmaid dress shopping. In early February, I got most of my girls together on a Saturday morning at a local dress shop. We had a ton of fun trying on different dresses to see what everyone liked. It worked out perfectly that everyone got to be in a dress they like and feel confident in. We also got to have a yummy brunch at Kid Cashew afterward. 😋
Our winter decor. I know I probably only have this month left to enjoy it so I wanted to show off our winter decor. I’m loving the simplicity.
A bachelorette trip with friends. Our friends are getting married at the end of March and I was invited to go on her bachelorette trip to Savannah. We had a ton of fun having a girls-only weekend and celebrating her last single trip.
