We had some downtown between house projects this week so I decided to throw together a quick spring/summer wreath for our front door. I probably left our Christmas wreath up longer than I should have, but it was more winter-y than Christmas-y since it was all flocked and had pine cones, so I figured it could stay until spring.
When I tell you I had no idea what I wanted to make for this spring wreath, I mean I circled around the artificial floral section of Hobby Lobby for probably an hour picking stuff up, carrying it around for a bit, then putting it down and picking something else up. I couldn’t decide what greenery to use as the base or what flowers to use, but after an hour I finally came up with this and I think it turned out pretty good, so I wanted to share so you don’t have to circle the aisles of Hobby Lobby for an hour too. 😂
What You’ll Need :
- Twig Wreath
- Eucalyptus Garland
- Hydrangeas (3)
- Ranunculuses
- Yellow Sprigs (I don’t know what they are actually called 😇)
- Hot Glue Gun & Glue Sticks
What To Do :
- Start with your base. Cut the eucalyptus garland into pieces, arrange and attach to the twig wreath with hot glue.
- Add sprigs
- Add Hydrangeas – I chose to do two together near the bottom at 4 & 5 o’clock and then one at 9 o’clock.
- Add Ranunculuses throughout
- Done!
Super easy right? I hope you enjoyed this quick tutorial!
Always,
