I cannot tell you how excited I am to say that I finally came up with a brownie recipe using Medjool dates that finally worked. I have been experimenting with dates forever now and could never get the recipe for brownie bites right. The mixture would either come out too soupy, or wouldn’t blend smoothly,
I find myself craving chocolate about 84% of the time. So as you can imagine, I’m a huge fan of anything containing chocolate. And brownies they usually contain a little bit of chocolate 🙂 which makes them one of my favorites. Brownies are rich, chocolatey, sweet, decadent, and sadly loaded with sugar, carbs, and calories.
